For our Loan Management business area based in Madrid, we are currently seeking to hire, with immediate effect, a

Credit Analyst / Junior Specialist Credit, Tenancy & Insurance (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Implementation of customer-oriented support and services for the sales units incl. internal and external communication (e.g. data capturing of rent rolls and insurance contracts as well as other administrative services).
  • Adhering to defined standards for data quality in the core banking and processing systems in a uniform approach and compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
  • In-depth financial analysis of different counterparties of the bank such as borrower companies (SPVs, corporate investors and developers), sponsors, guarantors and tenants.
  • Project work in an international environment for alignment of processes and work simplifications to further improve workflow efficiency (e.g. usage of AI).

How to convince us

  • Completed degree in economics or law or comparable training acquired in practice (e.g. banking apprenticeship, banking specialist).
  • Experience in corporate finance and/or commercial real estate finance, ideally in complex international transaction are of advantage.
  • Knowledge of and experience in credit risk management tools, especially financial analysis of different counterparties and their business models in different industries.
  • Analytical skills respectively understanding for credit relevant parameters as well as general knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Market and industry knowledge in the relevant (real estate) markets.
  • High level of IT skills for standard bank systems (SAP) and workflow tools (CWP, FSS, etc.).
  • Business fluent in English; other language skills, especially German, are an advantage.
