Our Business Area Credit Risk Management REF in Stockholm is looking for a Credit Officer (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

  • Processing of credit exposures within the scope of annual reviews, PD ratings incl. analysis of borrowers and tenants, covenant & property monitoring, facility in focus, as well as credit decisions within the scope of the granted competence
  • Identify market developments and develop appropriate restructuring proposals within the portfolio
  • Implementing the credit risk strategy for assigned exposures in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal process instructions
  • Technical coordination for the processing of specific sub-portfolios including technical guidance, training to junior team members
  • Preparation of ad-hoc reports for various bodies of the bank as well as internal and external reviews and audits
  • Project management and collaboration in strategically oriented technical and IT projects.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university studies with an economic or legal focus or training as a bank clerk or equivalent
  • Strong experience in credit risk management, preferably in real estate, corporate finance, structured finance or investment banking.
  • Good knowledge of the legal, tax and economic aspects relevant to real estate lending, including relevant market knowledge.
  • Good analytical skills in the analysis of company/industry key figures as well as comprehensive knowledge and experience with complex financial structures
  • Distinct IT user knowledge for using internal bank systems (Backshop / SAP) and Microsoft Office products (in particular Excel)
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
