Credit Operations Specialist (m/f/d) / Specialist Transaction Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks consist of

In your role within the department Operations Credit you are responsible for the complete loan administration and processing of new business with a focus on other European countries (Spain, UK, France, Sweden). This includes:
  • Active data management (initial creation / ongoing maintenance after internal credit approval).
  • Supporting / advising the sales units with regard to the technical mapping of financing structures (Real Estate Finance and Public Sector Finance) in the portfolio management system.
  • Loan and account creation in the portfolio management system.
  • Creation and ongoing maintenance of property, collateral and tenant data
    Processing of partial and full disbursements as well as rollovers and repayments.
  • Primary contact for sales and CRM from initial data creation to handover to Team Continental EU & UK - coordination of all Operations Credit activities within this period.
In addition to the above mentioned loan administration tasks, you will be continuously involved in improving processes and interfaces and working on projects. 

Your skills consist of

  • Bank clerk or comparable training / studies
  • Experience in the real estate financing / lending business
  • Good knowledge of the relevant IT applications such as SAP CML, CMS, BCA, FI, SUMMIT
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office applications Word and Excel
  • Very good language skills in English, German desirable
  • Process, technical affinity and attention to detail
  • Availability for occasional business trips
