Our Business Area Property Analysis & Valuation in Paris is looking for a Data process Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and support the property analysts/experts and department heads in the organisation and management of data processing and workflow processes across the PAV business area.
  • Supporting colleagues and external persons in process and data quality issues in the context of real estate analysis and valuation.
  • Carry out property valuations.
  • Coordinate external experts in consultation with the property analysts, including independently negotiating standard issues with external service providers.
  • Independently coordinating data provided by colleagues, clients and external experts within the bank's IT systems (e.g. LORA, ELO, Backshop, Brain Loop, etc.) in accordance with quality and process standards.
  • Coordinate the payment process in cooperation with the financial department and using standardised systems (e.g. Ariba).

Qualifications

  • Completed training in real estate management, real estate valuation or comparable training.
  • Good real estate valuation skills or valuation experience at least 1 year.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Experience in property management, valuation and development, land fund management, real estate agencies, real estate investment finance or facility management.
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Good understanding of banking systems such as Backshop, LORA, SAP.
  • Very good knowledge of French and English. Other European languages in particullary German or Spanish are an advantage.
