Head of Team Loan Management Northern Europe (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Management of the team Loan Management Northern Europe in accordance with pbb's leadership principles
- Ensuring customer-oriented support for the sales units and customer-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring risk and process compliance of credit decisions and documentation as well as other processes in cooperation with Credit Risk Management and the sales units
- Actively monitoring daily workflows and ensuring individual and team performance
Supporting team members with complex or challenging enquiries and independently processing cases - Actively supporting the analysis and piloting of optimisation measures in end-to-end processes and assisting employees in adapting to new systems and digital tools
How to convince us
- Completed degree in economics or law or comparable training acquired in practice (e.g. banking apprenticeship, banking specialist)
- Several years of experience in commercial real estate financing
- Experience in managing employees and leading projects
- Very good market and industry knowledge in the relevant real estate markets
- Business fluent English; other language skills, especially German, are an advantage
- Very high decision-making ability and problem-solving skills
