Junior Loan Manager / Junior Credit Risk Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You prepare loan applications from a market perspective related to transactions regardint our German market.
- You conduct in-depth cash flow analyses and ratings, ensuring every deal aligns with the bank’s credit risk strategy.
- Together with our Originators and Senior Loan Managers, you act as a contact for our clients.
- You support in managing relationships for both new business opportunities and our existing German portfolio.
- The participation in Condition Precedents (CP), ondition Subsequents (CS) and disbursement processes, as well as the structuring and monitoring of collateralization is also part of the role.
- You perform ongoing risk and portfolio monitoring to ensure long-term stability and maintain and ensure the quality of all relevant process data within our systems.
- In additional to your operational tasks, you support in strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
How to convince us
- Completed university degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, or comparable knowledge acquired through practical experience (e.g., banking apprenticeship, banking specialist)
- Initial experience in credit risk management, preferably in the areas of real estate, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment banking
- Basic knowledge of the German real estate market
- Basic knowledge of complex financial structures and risk management
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of databases (SAP)
- Fluent English and very good German skills; additional skills in another European language are an advantage
- Project experience is an advantage
