For our Loan Management business area based in Amsterdam, we are currently seeking to hire, with immediate effect, a
Junior Transaction Manager (m/w/d)
Your tasks
- Assistance in preparing and finalizing risk-appropriate loan applications, as well as providing recommendations to decision-makers
- Supporting the signing and closing process
- Participation in the CP process and in the parallel transfer to the responsible loan manager
- Close collaboration within the deal team and with external specialists regarding loan approvals and collateralization
- Participation in client meetings and negotiation
- Collaboration on projects
How to convince us
- Completed university degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management) or equivalent practical qualifications and experience (e.g. a banking apprenticeship or certification as a banking specialist)
- Professional experience in credit or sales
- Knowledge of relevant real estate markets
- Business, tax, and legal knowledge related to real estate
- Expertise in financial statement and credit analysis
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of databases (SAP)
- Fluent in Dutch, and excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
