For our Stockholm Branch, we are searching for an employee with immediate effect. 

Office Manager Stockholm Branch and Team Assistant to REF International (m/f/d).

Your tasks consist of

  • Ensuring the operational functionalities of the department and document management, registration of invoices and payments
  • Administrating and organizing the local office premises  
  • Organization of events such conferences, seminars, client events and dinners
  • Assistance to the Stockholm team and the various teams in REF International
  • Assumption of general secretarial, organizational and assistant functions, especially in connection with the coordination of meetings and appointments, correspondence, business trips
  • Organisation of Deal Committees and distribution of papers etc., including organization of Board DCs
  • Preparation and maintaining of presentations, statistics, client database and reports
  • Give assistance on projects and special tasks
  • Preparation and review expenses claims 

Your skills consist of

Education:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent knowledge acquired in practice

Experience:

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of assistance and secretarial services

Knowledge of systems:

  • IT literate with good understanding of MS Office and MS Outlook

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish

Personnel Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, including cross-border
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good client orientation
  • Friendly and courteous manner with positive spirit
  • Discretion in handling confidential data
